In Bibliotech Utilities Module perform a Backup
 
Step 1            Open Materials Editor
 
Step 2            Uncheck READ ONLY
o       Untick the Read Only button
 
Step 3            Find the first WebLink Item
o       Click on the View by drop down menu
o       Select Dewey
o       Click on [Search] and type in the dewey value for weblinks.  If you have made no changes to your previous import then you will search for a decimal:   .
 
Step 4            Select start of range
o       With your curser on the first WebLink item
o       Pull down the Options Menu
o       Click on Select Range Start …
 
Step 5            Find the last WebLink Item
o       Scroll down until you get to the last WebLink Item
 
Step 6            Select end of range
o       With your curser on the last WebLink item
o       Pull down the Options Menu
o       Click on Select Range End …
 
Step 7            Open Global Change Window
o       Select Set Field Value
o       Click [OK]
 
Step 8            Change Place of Puchase to LPM 
                       
 
o       In the Global Field Change Window     (see picture below)
o      Select field:   PLACE_OF_PURCHASE
o       In the New Value Box type:    LPM
o       Click on Change All
o       Click on [OK]
o      Once complete click [Close]
