- HELP DESK
-
- In order to streamline
your ability to contact us we have improved our Help Desk Service. The Help
Desk is open to receive phone calls between 9 am and 12 noon on public school
days. After these hours please send your request via the fax or email. We aim
to respond within 8 business hours of receiving your fax or email.

- Your annual
BiblioTECH
support fee includes two hours of Help Desk support, timed in ten minute
intervals. If required, an extra two hour Help Desk support block can be
purchased for $150.00 by faxing a copy of your order to Bibliotech on (03)
9502 3057.

- UPGRADES AND UPDATES

- BiblioTECH is
under constant user driven development.
BiblioTECH
upgrades and updates can be downloaded from the Bibliotech website. www.bibliotech.com.au

- WEB SITE

- The
BiblioTECH
Web site will provide you with the latest information, FAQs, minutes of user
group meetings and access to upgrades, updates and full installation code of
the latest version of BiblioTECH
software.

- BIBLIOTECH
NEWSLETTER

- A newsletter will be issued as required to
inform you of important developments.

- ON SITE VISITS
-
- Annual support does not
include on site visits. If a visit is required, charges will apply.

- On site visits are charged
at $165 (inc GST), which include the first half hour on-site, and travel
within a 35 km radius from GPO Melbourne. All additional half hour increments
will be charged at $55.00 (inc GST) and travel outside of this area incurs an
extra charge or $1.10 (inc GST) per km distance from the GPO.

- If during the on-site
visit a new problem is identified with BiblioTECH then the on-site charges
will be waived. (NOTE: Travel costs will still apply)

- EXPIRED ANNUAL SUPPORT
-
- If your annual support has
expired then none of the above services will be available to you, and program
installs, updates and upgrades will not work at your site. To renew your
support you will be charged one and a half (1.5) times the rate of all your
lapsed annual support fees plus the current outstanding annual support fee.
